We’re excited about the direction of our resort and looking forward to a great 2026.

For any interested party, we have a lot of new inventory available. Ask about special pricing for our owners and their family members. Some property is available for as little as legal and admin fees.

Also, there are a lot of new developments with Resort Condominiums International (RCI), including guaranteed lowest pricing on hotels, extra weeks for as low as $308, and the popular new trading credits program that offers way more flexibility when exchanging your week. Owners oftentimes move up in season, get larger units, get more than one week and stay during high demand holidays. High season owners can now trade for multiple weeks in shoulder and off seasons.

We will be glad to do a quick, informative RCI workshop in person or over the phone. We have set aside time Tuesday morning to be on property, Based on demand and the availability of necessary space, we will tentatively schedule a workshop for 10 am. Also, we will be glad to answer any of your sales or deeding questions, too. Make sure to call us or let the front desk know you’ll be there so we can plan accordingly.

Notice for Buyers or Sellers

Kingfisher Unit (s) for sale:

There are two ways that inventory becomes available. One is from the HOA. Your HOA takes ownership in a variety of way. Because all existing homeowners band together to pay the maintenance fees on these units, it is our responsibility to sell those units first, if possible. You will see that list and prices posted. 

As an added service, we will also try and help private owners sell their unit(s). We are currently compiling a list of those units as well.  Folks buy, sell, change their mind, find RCI, etc. all of the time, so compiling such a list is an ongoing, fluid process. If there is a unit/week that you would like to have that is not on the HOA list, give us a call. There’s a chance we might have it on the private seller’s list, or we can ask about it for you.

 If you are hoping to sell your unit(s) we recommend following up to cross check that you are on the list. We try to keep the list up-to-date but it’s always good to check.

We suggest that owners list their units for the recommended prices. Some, however, will transfer their unit(s) for as little as the transfer fees.
